This is my mom's dad, my grandfather, and was done back in 1940 like the one of my great uncle that I showed you the other day that's on my parent's mantel.
I LOVE this basket with dried hydrangeas my mom had put here!
The table is from Collections at Laurel and Grove in Peterborough, NH and most of the accessories were items my parents already had.
I love how the greenish undertones of the clock are also in the hydrangeas and the picture of my grandfather!
We also wanted to let you know we stocked our first batch of drummer boy cutouts for this season:
And we have a discounted batch of white drummer boy pillow covers also just listed:
Beautiful post. I love the little drummer boy pillow and cutouts.
ReplyDeleteEverything looks beautiful! Hard to believe Christmas will be here so soon!
ReplyDeleteThis looks wonderful! Any chance you could tell me the color of the walls above the board & batten? I'm on the hunt for a neutral color and that color looks perfect!
ReplyDeleteIt is Revere Pewter by Benjamin Moore. I had used it on furniture before and liked it but since seeing it on many of the walls in my parent's house I know LOVE it! I think it might possibly be my favorite BM wall color. I've actually been pondering painting my bedroom that color.
DeleteI love your mom's table and the vignette is super.
ReplyDeletewhen do we see more of your mom's wonderful style? just gorgeous. and I love my drummer boy pillow in red that I received from the Give Away. thank you so much. I'm looking forward to Christmas to use it!
ReplyDeleteYour fall table is just wonderful. I have been doing some moving of furniture and am still working on vignettes. I might just mimic yours.
ReplyDeleteSold Out :( Please re-stock the drummer boy cutouts. Love all the touches of fall. You inspire me... Where did your mom purchase the wall clock?
ReplyDeleteDon't worry! We definitely will be restocking the cutouts. And I think the clock was from either White Home Collections or White Home Market in Wilton, NH. I know that Amy at Maison Decor sells very similar ones that are gorgeous!
DeleteThank you Jennifer~ YOU are the BEST! :)
DeleteYour vignette AND your drummer boy items are WONDERFUL!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHow simply beautiful Jennifer! I drool almost every time I visit here.
ReplyDeleteEverything is so beautiful! It seems like your whole family has the decorating magic touch :)
ReplyDeleteReally beautiful. I agree with Tricia....you all are so so talented in your family.
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful display! You and your family have amazing taste and talent. Megan
ReplyDeleteHi Jennifer~ I always enjoy seeing photos of your home decorating. Your vignettes are most beautiful in their simplicity. I have dried hydrangeas in several places in my home as well. I love the aged look they develop as they dry. My Joy To the World pillow cover arrived and you are right-the red shade is very rich and elegant. If it weren't for the fact that I'm loving the "give thanks" pillow so much, I'd be tempted to cahnge it out early. I will try to be patient. :) I love the dear lillie touches in my home. Have a beautiful week xo

Gorgeous vignette. Love the contrast of the leaves and the hydrangeas. My heart lept when I saw Peterborough, NH...love that town! We had dear friends who lived there when I was a little girl!
ReplyDeleteOh boy, i love that basket of hydrangeas too, and you're right, it's wooonderful with the moira clock. In fact, that looks like one of Amy's gorgeous clocks!
ReplyDeleteYou guys really know how to create the prettiest vignettes. I really like the natural elements all mixed in with the cool painting.
I looked in your shop for the white drummer boy pillow cover, but didn't see it. Is it all sold out, or did i just miss it somehow??
Cindy
Oh, I love this!! Could you share where your mom got the clock? I've been looking for something like that for a while!
ReplyDeleteI think the clock was from either White Home Collections or White Home Market in Wilton, NH. I know that Amy at Maison Decor sells very similar ones that are gorgeous! Have a wonderful Sunday!
