A Mother's Day Brunch with Birch Lane and a Giveaway

We are so excited to be working with our sponsor Birch Lane to bring you a brunch tablescape that would work well not only for Mother's Day but any other spring or summer brunch as well! We love mixing both elegant and more casual pieces for a look that feels special but not too formal. And we are also excited to be hosting a giveaway for a $250 gift card to Birch Lane which you can enter at the bottom of this post!

We used this beautiful Chaplin Large Planter as the centerpiece for our table and filled it with fresh cut branches and tulips. Because it is a planter we just slipped a simple clear vase inside to hold the flowers in water. I love the color and pattern of it and that it looks like an antique!

Then at each place setting we used the Milford Square Dishes which have a slightly more casual and fun feel and then I love the elegance that the Wilmington Gold-Plated Flatware added!  My absolute favorite additions to the table are these O'Keefe Water Goblets. I absolutely positively love them. They remind me of some my great grandmother had. They feel so elegant and fancy yet kind of whimsical too!

We added this Tiana Pillow Cover in Blue. I loved how the large 22" size looks in our wingback chairs.

Here are some other angles of the room:

We used the Mariana napkins between the dinner and salad plates and then wrapped a small gift for each place setting using some gold dotted wrapping paper and simple navy ribbon and a gold scalloped ribbon.

And on the ends we wrapped some gifts in some navy houndstooth paper tied with a simple navy ribbon.

Over on the sideboard we had a very simple brunch setup with food that I knew my girls would love! We did some fruit, waffles, oatmeal sticks, some croissants (not pictured) and miniature pancakes topped with blueberries (I always make my girls miniature pancakes because they love them, for these photos though I bought some pre-made ones. I wasn't sure I would be able to make that many in exactly the same size for photos - haha!) And then some lemonade.

We served the lemonade in this Classic Glassware Pitcher and these O'Keefe Glasses which are the same style as the water goblets and I just love them!

And then we used several serving pieces like this Milford Rectangular Platter, and the Francesca Serving Bowl to display the food on the sideboard. Then we eventually moved the serving pieces down to the table as can be seen in some of the photos.

The Russo Marble and Wood cake stand in the smaller size was perfect for holding the miniature pancakes!

And guess what?

A Little Preview of a Mother's Day Brunch Tablescape

We are so excited to be partnering up with our sponsor Birch Lane for a Mother's Day Brunch Tablescape post later this weekend. We had so much fun putting it all together and my girls inhaled the little pancakes - they were so excited when they saw them!!! We will have tons and tons more photos and all of the details in a full post on Sunday but I thought I will share a few little shots of some of my favorite elements.

I love how the Chaplin Large Planter looks full of fresh cut branches and tulips.

The Classic Glassware Pitcher and beautiful O' Keefe glasses add such a fun and elegant touch to our sideboard and I love the height our HomeGoods buffet lamps add.

And I love this size of this small Russo wood and marble cake stand. It's so dainty and perfect for the miniature pancakes!

My two favorite additions by far though are these O' Keefe water goblets and the Wilmington gold plated flatware. The water goblets remind me so much of my great grandmother for some reason. I love how they are so elegant yet also kind of whimsical and fun too! And I love the way the gold flatware looks with the other little gold touches we added.

We found all the wrapping paper at HomeGoods. That's one of my favorite places for gift wrap. They have so many fabulous prints and they are so affordable!

I love mixing elegant items with more casual pieces too - I think it helps make the table feel dressed up yet still welcoming and fun too. I love these Square Milford Dishes and the fun blue touch the Mariana napkins add.

The tufted bench is still one of my favorite HomeGoods finds!

I cannot wait to share more images with you all on Sunday! Here is a list of some of the sources but we will have a much more detailed list in the post on Sunday:
