Holiday Script Placemats and Chalkboard Tags for Gifts and the Tree

We've got a few fun new items in the shop today! First we have these Holiday Script Placemat Sets. My mom made these beautiful placemats for our shop and we are so excited about them.

And then we have some fun little chalkboard tags. They are the perfect way to top a gift (the back is blank so you can write a little note if you want on the back) or they also look great hung in the tree! They come in packs of twelve and we have three different sets available.

The first set has six Baby It's Cold Outside tags and six Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas tags.

Then we have a set with six Dashing Through the Snow tags and six Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire tags.

And last we have a set that include six Silent Night tags and six And His Name Shall be Called tags .

They look cute tucked in just about anywhere. Here we tucked them into a wreath on our mantel.

And then we tucked a bunch of them into our tree! You could also punch a little hole and hang them.

We also wanted to introduce our newest sponsor, Seema from Attiser

http://www.attiser.com/

Here is a bit about Attiser from their website:
Attiser is an "Artist Gallery" that has introduced a unique collection of hand crafted Indian bed linen and accessories inspired from the traditional method of hand block printing from the Thar Desert of Rajasthan in India. The collection uses the handmade block printed Indian textiles with contemporary attractive colors in a unique country style decor. It's emphasis lies to create bright and fresh "FUSION LOOK" that gives a chance to our busy women in decorating and living among the old sentiments, that add charm and warmth to the house, highlighting intimacy, authenticity and sense of comfort that we strive for.

We focus on handmade because it means you are getting a piece of the artist's soul. We believe handmade pieces as having life unlike "stuff" that is mass produced by machines or untouched by human hands during creation process. Most importantly an artist may print 1000 pieces but each piece is unique in a small but important way. In other words "Beauty evolves through imperfections".

The founder is a women entrepreneur raised in a country side suburb of Rajasthan (India). She is a textile designer by education, who has later traveled around the world and worked in New york for some years. Finally, it was her rich childhood that stirred her passion to bring back unique art of hand block printed textiles to the United States.

Attiser believes in the principles of ethical sourcing and fair trade, and puts all its efforts into bringing uniquely designed highest quality of hand made products to our customers.

Christmas Placemats and More Wholesale Info

Our New 11 by 17 disposable Christmas Placemat Sets are now in stock! Just like the Thanksgiving ones they will come bound together in pads of 12 placemats and are printed on 60 lb cardstock so although they are lightweight and not something that would hold up to repeated daily use, with light use they could probably be used multiple times. (Please keep in mind they are not actual chalkboards, they are chalkboard prints). Each set comes with a cover sheet on top as shown below.

You can get a little peek at how the room is coming along in the next shot. I plan on doing a full dining room post next week showing some more of the progress we have made and will include sources and details for the new lamps and sideboard. You can find the sources and paint color for the other items here.

Also we wanted to let you all know that we were able to change some things around and lower our wholesale prices. If you are looking to place a wholesale order just e-mail us at dearlillie@hotmail.com and we will send you a wholesale ordering guide.

Have a wonderful week! I can't believe Thanksgiving is this week!

Chalkboard Placemats for Thanksgiving

We have had these placemat packs in the works for quite a while now and just finally got them exactly how we wanted them. These are 11 by 17 disposable placemats. They come bound together in pads of 12 placemats and are printed on 60 lb cardstock so although they are lightweight and not something that would hold up to repeated daily use, with light use they could probably be used multiple times. These would make such a fun setting for Thanksgiving dinner! (We also will be offering them in a Christmas design in the week or so and eventually several other designs including birthday ones, other holiday designs, as well as year round options).

I know this room still looks pretty empty. We are on the hunt for some pieces in here. And that little demilune table is just there temporarily because we have one of our Christmas trees up in the study where it normally goes. I finally found a sideboard for in here which I hope to get painted this coming week so I will hopefully be able to share that soon. I am still on the hunt for a hutch, though.

So you can get a feel for the size of these here you can see them with a plate on top:

I hope you all are having a fabulous weekend!

Our New Give Thanks Placemats

We are excited to be offering placemats again! The first ones we have available are done in our give thanks script. And yes, we had to switch out our farmhouse table with our other one because even though I liked the warmth of the farmhouse one in here so much better it was too long for the space and we were afraid one of the girls was really going to hurt themselves on the corner of it when they came running in from the porch. I plan on giving it a fresh coat of paint. Mostly likely it will be in a darker gray to help break up all of the white but I haven't decided exactly what color yet. Possibly Shenandoah Taupe (which is really more of a medium gray color) which I used on the base of the dining room bench I made last fall. And no, I don't actually have my pumpkins out yet - haha! I just got them from the attic and used them to give these placemats a more appropriate "autumny" setting. =) You can get a little peek of our new sconces in this shot. I'll be back with more photos and details of our family room this week!

We also have listed our maple leaf cutouts in a new color!

And we've restocked them in cream as well! Have a blessed week ahead! I plan on being back tomorrow with photos of the progress we made in Jason's kitchen!

Our New Placemats and Our Joss and Main Curator's Collection

We are so excited to be introducing some new items designed by Jamie. The first thing we are introducing will be these placemat sets which are for sale now. Jamie just made a small quantity of these for this first batch. If they sell we will have another larger batch made. I am completely in love with them and want a set for my dining room.

I can't wait to show you a couple more items we will be making with this fabric once they are ready!

I am also excited to tell you all that we partnered with Joss and Main and are hosting one of their curator's collection events. It was so much fun getting to pick out tons and tons of their gorgeous items to put together a collection for them. If you don't already know about Joss and Main I highly recommend heading on over there and signing up! They offer all sorts of designer brands that go on sale at 20-50% off retail, but the deals are only available to members!

If you’re not signed up yet to get the emails announcing all the sales, here is a personal invitation from me* . There is a waitlist for joining Joss & Main, but by joining through this invitation link, you can bypass the waitlist and ensure that you are first in line when our event launches!  It is free, you sign up with your email, and then you’ll have access to all of the designer decor that goes on sale each day.  *Note, I do receive a small referral fee if you sign up and purchase something, (this is true for you too, if you refer members you will also receive a credit for their first purchase).

Here is a sneak peek at some of the items that will be in our Dear Lillie collection:
I cannot wait for Thursday when the event is live!

Have a wonderful Tuesday! And don't forget to link up to our Easter Party below!
