Welcome to stop number three on the Parade of Homes presented by Poppies at Play.
We are so excited to be a stop on this Parade of Homes. First we will show you the downstairs.
When you walk into our home you first see the living room and dining room:
From there you enter our kitchen:
Our family room is off of the kitchen:
And off of the family room and kitchen is a screened in porch:
Then when you head upstairs the first room is our two year old daughter's room:
Next is our guest bathroom:
The next room was our guest bedroom but we just changed it to a nursery last month (which we will show you next):
We just finished getting the guest room changed into a nursery/guest bedroom (in fact I have one more project which I will post later this week) and can't wait for our little girl to arrive:
And last here is our master bedroom and master bathroom:
Paint Colors:
Kitchen and the back arched wall of dining room - Ashley Gray (Benjamin Moore)
Master Bedroom - Kendall Charcoal - (Benjamin Moore)
Master Bathroom - Stormy Monday (Benjamin Moore)
Guest Bedroom and Guest Bathroom - Pebble Beach (Benjamin Moore)
Lillie's Bedroom - London Fog (Benjamin Moore)
Nursery - Alexandria Beige (Benjamin Moore)
Master Bedroom - Kendall Charcoal - (Benjamin Moore)
Master Bathroom - Stormy Monday (Benjamin Moore)
Guest Bedroom and Guest Bathroom - Pebble Beach (Benjamin Moore)
Lillie's Bedroom - London Fog (Benjamin Moore)
Nursery - Alexandria Beige (Benjamin Moore)
The only two I don't know are the living room and family room because those were here when we moved in. They are pretty close to a color in our last home called Cream Fleece by Benjamin Moore, though.
Thank you so much for stopping by!
Be sure to head on over to visit Stop #4, Honey We're Home!
I also wanted to say thank you so much to Maria of Dreamy Whites for mentioning us on her blog this weekend! She has one of my FAVORITE blogs and it is truly one of the most beautiful blogs you will ever see.
And I just wanted to let you all know that I am still PAINFULLY behind on e-mails but am slowly working my way through them! Hopefully I can get through them all before our little munchkin makes her debut. I hope you all have a fabulous week!
I am truly speechless. You have a gorgeous home. It is just dripping with style. Love it, love it, love it. Your nursery is particularly sweet too :)

Hello, my little ballot stuffer, you! ;-)
ReplyDeleteWell, I love it ALL, but I think the screened in porch is my favorite.
Get ready, here come all the magazine features of your stylin' home!
XOXO,
Anne
Your home is so beautiful! Two questions...the book "wreath" perhaps a clock in your living room? and...the branch in Lillie's room with the birds, how do you have it attached/grounded? Can you post up-close pics or if you have them on a project I missed, I would love to see them! I already have the branches painted, just not sure how or what to attach them to! Thanks, and again, gorgeous home! LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
ReplyDeleteYou are killing me! Your home is so gorgeous! I love all of the elements in every single picture! The silhouette pillows are priceless! Thanks for sharing paint colors too! I so appreciate you!!!
ReplyDeleteAndy
Blown away is an understatement! What stylin'! Your home has truly left me speechless! I work for Ben Moore as a colour consultant and your choice of colours throughout couldn't be better! In fact, I need to watch my back or I'll be out of a job soon!! Love EVEVRYTHING!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely home! I love how all the neutrals are made interesting with such great accessories (and clearly you love tulips as much as I do... so pretty!)
ReplyDeleteDid you make the guest room pillows? I loooove them.
Every room is just gorgeous! I have a screened in patio that looks about the same shape and size as yours. I wish mine was decorated half as nice as yours! I love how it feels like another room.
ReplyDeleteYour home is absolutely stunning, every room! I love the neutral, but distinct color scheme, thanks so much for sharing.
ReplyDeleteCathy

simply stunning, absolute perfection. I don't think I could pick a favorite thing, but I do love the silhouettes you have tucked here and there. I also want to commend you for spelling "Annabel" correctly-lol. I, too, have an Annabel (spelled the same way), but she must suffer throughout her life as everyone wants to add an extra "le" on the end!! Your Lillie Annabel is as lovely as your home. Actually she is lovelier and your pictures are amazing!
ReplyDeleteI am new here and must I say LOVE! Your home is one of the most beautiful ones I have seen in the blog world and I am sure you know their is a lot of beautiful homes in blog world. Gorgeous, gorgeous! I love what you did with your home.
ReplyDeleteThere is not a thing in your house that I don't love! Have a great week! We are off to Tennessee to visit the grandparents!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tour! Beautiful...
ReplyDeleteYour home is absolutely beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteOh Jennifer!
ReplyDeleteI just find your entire home to be utterly scrumptious!
I love the way you usually soft neutrals and punch them up with bits of contrast and a little black here and there.
It's such an elegant home, and yet, anyone would be comfortable coming in and making themselves comfortable. Your spaces are such a great example of how it's the little details that really "make" a perfect room.
You nursery is just exquisite. Your use of personal mementos is so well done.
Don't be surprised if I'm knocking on your door to tour it again, I know I'll need to "walk" through several times to take it all in.
You are one talented and inspiring woman! Thanks so much for inviting us all in.

Beautiful as always!
ReplyDeleteI love your home!!! Do you mind me asking where you got the mirror that's over the fireplace in the room off the dinning room? I actually saw one very similar today but was way out of my price range. Fingers crossed yours might be more in the ball park.
ReplyDeleteI love your home, it's amazing! So detailed and homey, yet elegant! And not too cluttered! You've done a wonderful job with it. You could do it professionally! I am especially jealous of that screened in porch, wow! My dream! Do you use it often??
ReplyDelete~michelle~
Love your beautiful home! The tulips are beautiful in the vases -- are they real? If not, where did you find them?

Oh Jennifer....your home is so gorgeous. I am amazed that you can you can keep it looking so gorgeous. My house is a disaster area most days. Once and a while I'll get really fed up and clean it really well and put everything in it's little place and then it's trashed again in 5 minuets thanks to little MIlton. Sigh! I need a maid:)I'm off to go check out that lovely blog you mentioned now:) Hope you are feeling well. Won't be long now:)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, beautiful, beautiful! Sigh, I couldn't get my house to look like that even if I wanted to! Everything is just gorgeous Jenn!!! LOVE how the babies room turned out!!! Hope all is well with you! Haven't "talked" in months!!!! Hugs and kisses!
ReplyDeleteYour home is stunning! I think it is sheer perfection. Thanks for sharing the wonderful tour of your home.

ReplyDeleteWow. I could get lost here for a long time! Beautiful home. I'd love to see a list of your paint colors! I'm your newest follower!
ReplyDeleteoops...see them there. Thank you!!!
ReplyDeleteIt's fantastic to see all your home in one post! I've been studying all the gorgeous vignettes so I can try to add more to our home- all our coffee tables are bare b/c of James right now! I'm so excited for your little girl to arrive- her nursery is just divine! I'm almost ready for a second over here too! :)
ReplyDeleteOops forgot to say THANKS for listing all the paint colors (really love your master bedroom)- you just saved yourself from getting those questions 1000 times! ha:)
ReplyDeleteThanks you all so much for all of your incredibly sweet words! I will try to answer the questions:
ReplyDeleteCreative Eyedias - the book pages are just a half wreath, not a clock, and I actually plan on doing a tutorial for the hanging branch/birds later this week. I just added one to the nursery and tried to photograph it step by step.
Anne - my sister made those beautiful pillows.
The S's beach house - the crib was a gift from my husband's parents and was purchased at a store called Katie Mac in Florence, SC.
sandovalita - when Lillie is playing her toys are EVERYWHERE. For instance tonight we made her a big "tent" in our family room with blankets and chairs and she had pretty much everthing she owned under it with her. You could barely see the floor. However, as soon as she is done playing we (and now she is old enough to help to!) pick everything up and put it away that way the house never gets out of control. We have found a lot of great ways to completely hide her toys so that it still looks nice but she has easy access to them. Under our coffee table in the family room there are three baskets so when you walk in the room you just see three dark wicker baskets but when you pull them out one is full of books, the other full of puzzles and the third miscellaneous toddler "junk", then under both of the white wingback chairs you just lift up the skirts and we keep a whole bunch of her other toys there. And lastly we have a great trunk looking piece that I found at Target on clearance about a year ago that has one of those safety hinges so she can't pinch her fingers and we keep that in the corner next to the TV and it is like having a big toybox in the room yet visually it looks just like a nice peice of furntiture. The rest of her toys are upstairs in her closet.
Katie - the mirror was a birthday gift I got this year and is from Restoration Hardware - it is now one of my favorite pieces!
Michelle - When we first moved out here we were out there all of the time. We ate most of our meals out there that first fall and next spring. Last year, though, we had a little encounter with a HUGE snake living under the daybed and to be honest I am kind of petrified to go out there much anymore even though we had it fixed so that no other lovely creatures like that could make there way in again. I am hoping I can get over my fear soon though because now that the weather is starting to get nice again I really miss eating out there every night!
Karen - yes, all of the tulips are real except the ones in the urn in the dining room. I am addicted to getting them at Trader Joe's. They are $4.99 a bunch and hard for me to resist! =)
Jill Lovello and Susan Iacovacci - Which chest are you referring to? The silver/mirrored one in the living room is from a place called Haynes in VA, which is just a big-box store full of mostly things I am not a big fan of but when we went there two years ago to get some mattresses I saw that and fell in love. Especially with the price tag. It was a floor model and on clearance and was too good of a deal to pass up =) The one in the guest bedroom (and now in Lillie's room) was actually from T.J. Maxx.
If I missed anyone's questions on here just let me know.
I hope I don't sound like I'm gushing when I say...your talent is amazing. Your sense of style and styling is perfect and timeless. Your home reflects the love that I know is encased within it's walls. Just beautiful!
ReplyDeleteDebbie
wow...can I just come over and live in the nursery? Pretty please? I am a loving grandma and would fit right in, you could just shove food under the door and I would be no trouble at all! What loveliness in every room! thanks for sharing it with us!

Hi Jennifer-
ReplyDeleteEvery inch of your home is just beautiful. I adore seeing white and lime colors mixed - very inspiring.
My best- Diane
Thanks for the tour. I've just found your blog today and am so happy to have done so. If I had to describe your home in two words, I would use "beautiful" and "peaceful".
ReplyDeleteYour home is absolutely beautiful and you can see your hand sweeping through every detail. That to me is what makes a house a home. I love your screened in porch. I would be out there absolutely all the time! Thanks for sharing your home with us to enjoy:)

Is London Fog (the color in Lillie's room) more of a beige or gray? I've been searching for a nice gray with just a hint of beige in it and am having the devil of a time finding one! Thank you!

ReplyDeleteJennie {Cinnaberry Suite}
Love your home! Especially the bedrooms- they are stunning! I'll be a follower from now on.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your glamorous home with us! Wow! Lillian's room is much more grown up than my own. :) And speaking of your daughter, I got sidetracked by the photos of her in your sidebar. She truly is a beautiful little girl. Best wishes as you welcome your new little one very soon. Tammy
ReplyDeleteYour blog is wonderful, and your home is beautiful! I was wondering, how do you get things like the branches and other stuff to stay in the urns that you have in your living room and dining room? I was wondering if you use a Styrofoam square in the bottom? Thanks so much, I look forwarding to reading more of your posts!
ReplyDeleteLove your home. Your style and decor are fabulous. Wonderful tour. I really enjoyed it all. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteI have seen photos of your home elsewhere, not sure how but this is my first time to your blog. It does not disappoint at all. I am now a huge fan and can't wish you more luck with a new family member. I have four and really am loving watching them grow. Three boys and a girl. Really love the master, so romantic and cozy looking.
ReplyDeleteThanks.
Thank you all for your incredibly sweet comments!
ReplyDeleteMegan - Are you referring to the picture of the bird's on the branch? If so I painted that myself based on a silhouette I had seen a couple of years ago. The frame was from Hobby Lobby and I painted it Ballet White so go with the rest of the room. (I LOVE oval frames and they are so hard to find!)
Nicole - in my opinion London Fog is definitely more of a gray! (However, I know color can be a bit subjective so it may not seem that way to someone else but to me it is definitely a true light gray). We have a color called Ashley Gray in our kitchen and in my opinion that has a lot more of a brown undertone to it although it is still a gray.
Michelle - it depends on the urn. I do have some floral foam in the urn in my dining room because I also have some tulip bulbs in there as well. The taller urn on the silver chest in the living room they are just placed in there and same with the few other vases I have used throughout our home when I put branches in them. As long as the vase/urn/pitcher is deep enough I don't think you need anything else to help them stay. So far I haven't had any trouble with them falling or anything and I have had the ones in the urn in the living room in there since the fall!
Dear Lillie, Thank you so much for answering my question! I really appreciate it! Your home is so pretty, I just love your blog! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteMy sister used to decorate in all white before it was popular. I used to think she was nuts. Anyways, now it's growing on me more and more. Congrats on the baby and Good luck! I can't wait to see what you did with the nursery. Thanks for sharing your home with us bloggers. Katharine
ReplyDeleteOh my, I am freaking out! Do you ever get super excited when you discover a new-to-you blog, and can't wait to pour through each and every post in an effort to completely absorb in all the beauty? Well, that's what I'm doing right now. I adore your style, and will certainly be using it as inspiration for the new Farmhouse we're moving into in a few months. I'm off to scour through past posts.....better get another coffee!
ReplyDeleteWhere did you get your chandeliers from?

Your home is stunning! You've worked your magic on every single room! The nursery is sooo pretty - I could go on and on, but it's all been said before! What really drew me to your blog was a photo of your living room couch with the silhouette cushions!! I love them - I have 'thing' for silhouettes! I notice them in most of your rooms - they're gorgeous! Also, love sweet little Lillie!
