I just wanted to wish our sweet little Lola Wren a very happy third birthday!
Our farmhouse sink and new faucet are both getting installed tomorrow. I can't wait! Then next week our new counters will be installed.
The birthday girl! We had a little cake for her after we had our Easter dinner on Sunday.
I hope you all have a wonderful Tuesday!
Happy Birthday little Lola. I so enjoy seeing your pictures on the blog...
ReplyDeleteYour home and daughters are beautiful! Have I missed where you purchased the roman shade for your kitchen window?
ReplyDeleteThank you! We made the shade ourselves. My sister had made one for her home a while back, so I tried to copy how she did it. If you go back to the post where we first showed it (http://dearlillieblog.blogspot.com/2013/11/our-faux-roman-shade.html) I believe there is a link to her shade as well as the tutorial she used when making hers.
DeleteHappy birthday to your precious!! Can't wait to see the sink and the counters too!!!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful pics! I am visiting Williamsburg this week with my family (beautiful town!). I was telling my husband about your blog. We were having breakfast with our crazy kids when I think your husband came in. Was bizarro! It felt like he was famous because of your blog lol!
ReplyDeleteOh that's so funny! What a small world. Where were you? They had a recruit here this week so he got to eat a few yummy breakfasts out - lucky him! I hope you guys have a wonderful visit--the weather here has been beautiful the last few days!
DeleteWe were at one of the Astronomical pancake houses. Which certainly did live up to its name. So beautiful here-have really enjoyed it (especially when my boys aren't bickering! :)). Now I just have to find that savvy shop...
DeleteWhere did you purchase those mason jar glasses?! They are beautiful!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jamie! They are from World Market.
DeleteWhat a beautiful little girl. I love the cake color too!!

ReplyDeleteHow did 3 happen already? I feel like she was just born!! :) Happiest of birthdays, Lola!! Where did you get the pretty plate the slice of cake is on? I love it!
ReplyDeleteI know, Jen, its crazy!!! The plate is from Pier 1 a few years back.
DeleteLove the pictures. Happy birthday to Lola!
ReplyDeleteI love that white pitcher you have in a lot of your photos. Thanks to your awesome source lists I knew you got it at Ikea, so I went there and bought it! Except I couldn't decide what size to get so I got all three!
ReplyDeleteI am so interested to hear about your farmhouse sink! I would love to put one into my kitchen, but was discouraged by the manufacturer's recommendation that you only use them with new cabinetry rather than trying to retrofit existing cabinets to accommodate the sink. Are you doing this one yourselves or have you called in a professional? I would love your insights on this process before I make any decisions for my kitchen. Thank you! laurennewman382@yahoo.com
ReplyDeleteHi! We try to do as many projects as possible ourselves, but we had a professional install our sink because I don't trust myself to do anything that requires plumbing!
DeleteWhat is the name of the paint color on your cabinets?
